We will work with a participative and creative approach called Open Space.
Working in Open Space will allow us to:
- Create the agenda on site through the questions YOU care about
- Team up with others who care about the same topics
- Benefit from everyone’s experience and knowledge in a creative, respectful and responsible environment
- Explore ideas, set priorities and develop action plans
The organizing committee’s commitment
- Fully participate to the meeting and discussions, as equals
- Give open and honest feedback on priority actions
- Actively support the implementation
The success of the sessions relies on the initiative and participation of everyone present!
Be ready to raise those questions for which you want to discover ideas and strategies and think of examples of possibilities and successes you may want to share in small group discussions. Yves Doyon, our facilitator, has a long experience with group facilitation and will guide us in this creative work process.
A promise: Every topic anyone cares about will be up for discussion.
Your only preparation: Think about the following theme and question to identify topics you would like to discuss.
“OYAP/PAJO Today - Prosperity Tomorrow,
Building Our Future in Challenging Times”
“What do we need to discuss and do together to continue making
the OYAP/PAJO Program a province wide success?”
Be ready to be surprised!!! |
